Limited Warranty
At Herschel Supply, we stand behind the quality of our bags, luggage and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects.
This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.

Our 5 Year Limited Warranty covers our apparel products, as well as our Trade and Outfitter luggage lines.

Our 5 Year Limited Warranty is valid for 5 years, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.

Apparel is defined as any clothing item, including jackets, hats, pants, hoodies, sweaters and fleece.

For customers making claims on products with material or manufacturing defects, sales associates must ensure purchases are made from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and are accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase.

If products are purchased from an unauthorized retailer, the warranty should immediately be void.
Claim With Proof of Purchase

To submit a claim, customers must provide an acceptable proof of purchase. To determine if they qualify for a reimbursement, customers must also bring their product in or provide photographs of ;

The defects
-
The front and back of the product.

The interior lining.

If the malfunction and or defect fall within our warranty policy, we will authorize the defect and issue the customer a Claim Number.
Upon completing the warranty claims process, the customer will receive a gift card valid both online and in-store equivalent to the original purchase price for the item.
Claim Without Proof of Purchase
Due to the following reasons;

The item being received as a gift.

A length of time has passed where they no longer have proof of purchase in possession.
Claim may still be eligible but its subjected to approval based on guidelines.
(This is subject to applicable law and remains valid throughout the original purchaser's lifetime, starting from the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer.)
What is Covered and What is not Covered ?
We Cover:

Material or manufacturing defects and will replace or repair the item at our discretion, this includes:

Stitching defects on straps, handles, seams, zippers and wallets.

Stains, marks and/or odors caused by production or shipping.
-
Zipper defects, including missing zipper teeth, split zippers, zippers detached from stitching.
-
Closure defects, including detached magnetic closures, damaged drawcords and detached drawcord grommets.
-
Detached snap closures.
-
Broken ladder locks.
-
Defective or detached luggage wheels.
We Don't Cover:

General wear and tear. This includes the breakdown of colors and materials and is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.
Other examples of general wear and tear are: yellowing of waterproof zippers, cotton pilling, material defects caused by use or wearing, color fading, color bleeding and the cracking or peeling of synthetic leather.

Damages caused by misuse or neglect of products, accidents or abrasions.

Damages caused by solvents or cleaning liquids.
-
Modifications made to a customer's Herschel Supply products).

Loss or damage costs resulting from the use or loss of Herschel Supply products.

Damage during transport.
If a product was damaged during flight, transport or by a carrier, the customer must report this to the transport operator or carrier directly.
We reserve the right to reject claims we believe to be fake or fraudulent in violation of our Terms of Use. This includes intentional damage to products, duplicate claims and or counterfeit products.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
All items sold go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods shipped are fully insured in case of loss or damage.
However, there are times when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If this is the case:
Please email us at customerservice.pksb@primergrp.com outlining the reason for your return, together with pictures of the merchandise and your Order Reference Number within 7 days upon receipt of items.
If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred as well. All merchandise for return must be in original condition and in their original packaging.
REFUND

OUR POLICY
Items should be returned unused, and with all (kipling.com.my) and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
FAULTY GOODS POLICY
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
You need to email us or notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order about faulty or damaged goods.
